As stuffy noses happen frequently in our home with so many children, we have often have a blend readily available.
Use a few drops of suggested oil(s) in a warm bath, place a few drops on the palm and inhale, place a drop on a q-tip and gently swipe along the opening of the nostril, or diffuse for added benefits.
You can also add essential oils to a carrier oil, such as Fractionated Coconut Oil, and rub the mixture onto your chest, or sparingly beneath your nose to provide more constant relief.
